Blocking and Reporting Posts
If you find that a friend's post is offensive to you, there are several steps you can take:
Block Post: From the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner of the post, you can select the "Block Post" option. This will remove the post from your view so you don't see it again, including on the Posts screen and on that user's profile. The other user is not notified or otherwise aware that you've done this, and it only affects your own view of your friend's posts.
Report Post: If you feel you need to escalate a situation because a post contains offensive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise concerning content, then you can select the "Report Post" option on the post's ⋯ menu. This will block the post so you don't see it again, and it will also send a notification to the Shutter Clique team to review the post for terms of service violations. Upon review of the post, there are various actions that the review team might take against the user who shared the post, such as, but not limited to, suspension or termination of their account.
Remove the Friend: If your friend continues to post content that you find offensive, then a simple resolution is to just remove them as a friend.
