Purchasing a Subscription
Shutter Clique uses a subscription model to cover the costs of running the service, instead of relying on advertising or sponsorship money. These costs include keeping the API servers up and running, paying for the database usage and storage of photos, updating the app with new features and bug fixes, keeping the website and documentation up to date, etc.
You are able to use the app for 1 month (30 days) for free to see if you like it. After that free trial period, you must sign up for a subscription to be able to add new posts. You can do this in a couple of ways:
Take Photo: When you press the "Take Photo" button after the free trial period has expired, you will be presented with a dialog asking you to subscribe.
Buy Subscription: At any point during the free trial, you can go to the Accounts screen and click on the "Buy Subscription" button. This will popup a similar dialog giving you the ability to subscribe. Note that any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription this way.
If you decide that you don't want to subscribe, you will still have full and unrestricted access to all of the posts you created during the trial period, e.g., to save them to your Photos app or delete them.
If you decide you don't want to use the app any further, you can also delete your account.
